LG CU320

The LG CU320 is a GSM cell phone which provided the first strong use of Cingular’s UMTS dual-band data transfer network, which was formerly dominated by the EV-DO networks provided by the other carriers. The built-in 1.3 megapixel cellualr camera sports a 4x digital zoom, a flash and a video clip capture feature seen in very few other phones.
The CU320 is following the MP3 revolution, integrating a fully featured MP3 audio player, with microSD and TransFlash removable memory capablities to improve storage space.
Support for J2Me software is available, as well as pre-embedded software for mobile instant messaging using AOL’s AIM instant messenger, ICQ and Yahoo!’s own instant messenger offering. A Java-based WAP2.0 compliant browser is embedded to take advantage of the high-rate of transfer for the UMTS network.
A large, bright, vivid screen makes the LG CU320 a great looking phone, although not QVGA sized, the 176 x 220px screen is one of the nicest available on the market today.
